I had never intended to indicate that you are not a "real" vegan. I only hoped to avoid having some be upset with you, and instead I seemed to have been the one to upset you. I'm very sorry. A real vegan is someone who has to say (again) no, cows milk is not okay in my bread or whatever, and gets lectured by family for not eating right or offending Aunt Susie because of not eating her cake, and who has a hard time finding something to eat when going "out to eat" and who never eats any of the treats brought in to the office by co workers, and who had to learn how to cook all over again. And even if you only do it sometimes and at other times eat milk and eggs and steak and fish, when you do it, you are being a real vegan. I didn't see that you had responded to Pat also when I answered your other post.
