It's nice to have you in the tent! :) Looking forward to getting to know you. What part of the world are you from? I, too, had high cholesterol and was able to lower it without drugs by following the guidelines in Caldwell Esselstyn's book "How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease". (See my post on the topic from yesterday.) As a bonus, my blood pressure, triglycerides, and weight all dropped, too! Let us know how your next test results come out! Becky
