Welcome, Cyn! We are a mixed bag here. The primary requirements are age (over 50), gender (female), and diet (vegan) -- everything else is up for grabs. :-)

It's great that you are taking control of your health through diet rather than drugs. I hope your tests on Friday reflect your progress and goals.

I know what you mean about our age...how the heck did we get here?!! ;-)
