Hi Summer! Thanks for your blessings! :) Yes, I guess there is something to the family propensity to produce more cholesterol than some others. So, that just means to me that I need to be extra careful about any other external factors that compound the pre-existing problem. Most of the time I don't mind preparing food, and since I'm retired it's especially more pleasurable. But there are times... Yes, a new year, and a new start. I've always liked that idea!! Hugs,
