Thanks Jo! You are so right – coke and potato chips should not even be classified as food!! It’s so much more than what you don’t eat – what you do eat matters just as much!! The really great thing about the Esselstyn plan is that I can choose from so many of my already favorite recipes (like yours!) and use as is, or with only a little tweaking. I was really already just about there, so the changes won’t be huge. Just hard sometimes in situations that don’t support that way of eating. Yes, I am so hoping the Summerfest will happen for us. So many good speakers, it would be such an awesome experience! Hugs,
