Well, rarely do I spend time eating in a town I'm just using as an airport but I looked at the Mizuna's web site. How nice to know that they keep their meat cooking surfaces separate - they are seriously honoring the no-meat patrons. And the choices look great. I was very impressed. If I ever get the chance, I'll go there. Thanks for the info.
