I don't know anything about groups or such in Spokane, as I don't live there, but I was just so surprised that I could find a vegan cookbook in a small regional airport. When I got home I told my husband I bought it, even though it was full price, just to be supportive, and he thought that was a great idea. We have to let the world know that there is more to the public than "Southern Barbeque" or such as that.
