And Happy Thanksgiving to you, too Jo, and everyone else celebrating next week! I will definitely get a copy of Dr. Fuhrman's book Eat To Live. I don't think I've read it, so after I have, I'll try (!!) passing it on to my son. He is in his late 40s and I do have concerns, especially since his favorite food is ice cream. He is not overweight, has never smoked, and walks his beloved dog twice a day, but unfortunately, those statistics don't always protect one from heart disease. Big sigh. Thanks for your help. Very much appreciated. How is the weather back east? We've had lots of rain lately, but yesterday and today were sunny and beautiful and tomorrow is predicted to be also.
