I don't have anything at my fingertips. I know that ATkins can lead to ketosis. Dr. McDougall may have something. BUT-- If your son is not into your healthy diet, he may be more inclined to accept some "scientific" evidence from a more "standard" diet view. I'll see if I can find anything. Ah children, they keep us up when they're babies, when they're teens, and when they're grown, but we love them anyway. And yes Thanksgiving is gone/coming. I live near the border and the other day I was at the store and there were some Canadians in line at the checkout counter in front of me, and somehow I said, something about "you just had your Thanksgiving" and they said, "what, oh yea, we did, didn't we". They couldn't believe that I knew when Canadian Thanksgiving is. But when you listen to CBC Radio, it's easy.
