Isn't that how it usually is? Rarely do identical personalities join up. Someone needs to be the rock holding you down so you don't blow away. Or someone needs to be the balloon pulling you upward and onward.
I'm glad for my rock, although at times my string seems too short. And I'm sure you're glad for your balloon, so you don't just sink into the earth and disappear under the dirt, although at times you may feel like you're being tumbled across the field.
