I was thinking of only making half because weirdly enough, I only have one onion and about 3/4 cup lentils; I have lots of walnuts though. And I didn't want to wait until I went to the market again before I made this (we try to shop only once a week to save trips out). I will follow the one hour cooking directions, and let you know how it comes out! I can hardly wait!!
