Subject: "mobile" living

A dear friend is looking at getting a fifth wheel (is that the right term) and since I now have contacts who live in one, I would appreciate any tips for what to look for. This would be for a permanent living space for someone who has a "home base" but will be gone much of the time and housing is atrocious there, so the thought was, "why not something I can live in and have something to show for my money, and yet not spend upwards of half a million just for housing?"

So, if you have input on what to look for, brands, design suggestions to avoid or must have, etc, I would love to pass them on.
