Hi Summer! Sounds like you are living one of my dreams! Twenty odd years ago I dreamed of building my own house, but the opportunity never came up, but the how-to's still interest me. I guess painting my house inside and bits of it outside at least let me cover every inch, just about!! And really get to know how it's put together.

I will look forward to hearing of your progress! Also, you must have had a good year for peaches, because my tree produced exactly four.
