Hi Becky! It is quiet, isn't it? I guess everyone is doing those things you mention, although I am frantically trying to get outdoor painting done (ie four doors and my deck) but am being frustrated by so much rain. Well, you are in Washington so it might be similar there, but we have one good day, and the next, it rains. August has continually been like that. It's raining now but fingers crossed the forecasters say come Thursday we might have a stretch of warm days. So I'll really push myself to get it all done then. I have sanded and washed everything, just have to paint now. You can't paint outside if the temperature goes below 10 deg C which I figure it will be at night real soon!!! It's hard to believe it will be September next week! I just can't keep up with the way time speeds by. Anyway, hope your travels have been really amazing (they sure sound and look like it). And hallo to everyone else out there :D
