Nora - welcome. Jo wasn't kidding when she said we were busy. Obviously I'm just now checking in again, but it's August and between visits from kids and peaches ready for canning, it's just a busy time of year. But welcome welcome. My husband was a "steak and baked potato every night" type guy when we married (I at that time was a 4 year vegetarian). About 12 years later he took a flying leap past me and HE is the one that moved us to a vegan diet. You just never know. Just keep on making good food, don't make nasty comments about what he eats, and keep on loving him. And while Uncheese might be great, don't expect him to agree it is cheese while he's still in his omnivore stage. He might surprise you someday. I also have an 18 year old who grew up vegan, but will occasionally eat fish, so I just let him be. We talk at times here about most everything, so welcome.
