Thanks for the welcome Pat! There are a few very small health food stores by me which carry some organic produce and other vegan foods. Chicago has quite a few Whole Foods Stores. It's too far of a jaunt for the amount of times I go to the store for fresh food a week. We have one local food chain that carries its own line of organics and an organic section in produce. I will be one happy woman that day a Whole Foods opens up in my area! Until then, I'll make do. Nora
