So glad to have you here! :) I think you will find a lot of fun and support in the Elder's Tent, it's a great place to hang out. And you certainly found a wonderful book (Jo's "Uncheese Cookbook"). If you haven't already, check out her other books, they are all SO-O-O-O-O good!! My husband was also an omni when we met, but he had some health issues with his heart, and was motivated to make the change to a vegan diet. It helped a lot that I was already vegan, and now he can't imagine ever eating the way he used to. Looking forward to hearing from you often! :) Becky
