Hi Nora - welcome to the Elder Tent!!! I know the feeling of being a vegan in a seemingly all omni world. It seems that way where I live, too, although I know I'm not the only one in this area (Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada), because we have such a good selection of vegan foods and a well-stocked Health Food Store, thank goodness.
