Thanks Jo! I'm here in Northwest, IN just outside of Chicago. I am 50 yrs young. My vegan daughter is 18. She has been a vegetarian for almost 2 yrs before she recently became vegan. My husband is too much of a carnivore, unfortunately. However, he enjoys alot of the vegan recipes I make, now uses only non-dairy milk in his cereal, and is supportive of my more healthful changes and choices. I think I'll keep him!
