I don't think so, Pat. I think others are having the same problem, though (luckily!) I am not. It could be your computer or your browser. Try using Firefox instead of IE, for example. It's also possible you are not leaving enough time for everything on the page to load before trying to do something. Perhaps you could wait a little longer. Also, you want to be sure you have some type of pop-up blocker in place, as without it, you could be loading things you don't want that are interfering with your access. Hope that helps a little. It's worth trying these ideas, as they can't do any harm. Maybe someone else has other suggestions, too. ~Jo
