I'm sorry that happened to you, PT. I've come across packaging that I couldn't open without destroying the contents, and others that I couldn't open no matter what I tried. I can understand child-proofing some things, but a lot of packaging these days has gotten ridiculous. It's infuriating not be able to open something and have to wait until my husband comes home to help. I had an olive oil bottle one time that I could only get partially open and I tried yanking the lid off with every tool in the house, to no avail. Luckily, I still had the store receipt, so I took it back. I wonder if there is some packaging engineer laughing at our foibles in the wee corner of the manufacturing plant somewhere. I hope you find a better brand of tahini next time, PT!! :-) Jo
