Isn't it funny how so few people are familiar with all the various types of greens -- even the more common ones? I'm glad that their lack of familiarity and interest makes them less expensive for YOU! I had some herbal Tazzo tea instead of a soy mocha today. I'm avoiding caffeinated beverages and sugar -- sticking with J.F. on that. But I did get out for a lovely morning walk in the park, so that more than made up for it. Now I'm singin' that song all around the house. Dang it, Janet! ;-) Jiggerwaddles back to you, my friend (now THAT one really made me LOL -- can't top your version, Janet!),
