I laughed too, Marilyn. :) Funny lot, we are. And I smiled at what Pat said, I think it was Pat but I'm experiencing the same site navigation problems you are so knowing it will take too long to go back and look, I'll just trust that it was Pat - anyway, she or someone said that she keeps smiling. THAT'S what others notice first, a welcoming smile. Once we've lured them with that, they may be thinking, "gee, her eyes are disappearing into their sockets but she has a GREAT smile" but we've engaged them in the meantime.
