Coffee: you absolutely cannot survive healthily on 600 cals per day plus exercise 5x per week. At a bare minimum you need 1200cals per day. You are going to put your body in starvation mode. YOu will start to lose muscle. Don't do it. You will mess up your metabolism too. I am dealing with that issue right now. It is not fun.
