OK so I am a vegetarian. I eat very clean and lean... But there is a time right before my menstruation that I can EAT.. I mean I crave fats like peanut butter,protein bars and cereal especially late at night before bed..is there a supplement I can take to curb this appetite during this time.. its almost like i cant get enough.. the other night I had an apple with peanut butter and then a bowl of cereal and could still eat more but i had to stop myself...Maybe I need more fats and carbs during this time of the month is that possible?
