Thank you for your reply. I am so glad to know that you lost the extra ten pounds. I have been out of control with my c.s and I have gained ten pounds. I didn't do it at all today and plan on keeping this pattern up. I hate the fact that it has caused me to gain weight. Thank you for letting us know about the book. Best of luck to you.
