A total waste of money and a killer for self esteem

I have been doing this for 30 years. I never even knew there was a name for it. I have wasted so much money and I have just killed my self esteem. I never knew that my children knew as well. I think we put on weight, as we dont choose healthy things to c/s we choose all the stuff we feel we cannot have. And I think that we dont always spit it all out, even though we try to. And we do it to such vast amounts of food. I am so happy to have found this place, as I thought I was the only person in the world with this problem.
