So I have come onto this website many times over the past few years to try to get some encouragement to stop doing this to myself. I began chewing and spitting a few years ago now and it has been a horrible journey. I have come to realize a few things:
1. No matter what you chew (sugar, flour etc) you will gain weight and feel VERY irritable.
2. You end up feeling horrible and frustrated with yourself for the amount of effort you put it to make yourself look better and all you seem to be doing is failing.
3. You feel like shady and secretive
4. Its so much better when you stop for even one day!
... but even with all these reasons there is just nothing that can make me stop and I dont know what to do. I feel gross and I cant stop myself from doing it. I will do it anywhere and with anything. Its sad and pathetic and I truly want to stop.
I chewed up to 3 cereal boxes in one sitting and much more wastefullness that I am just to embaressed to list at this present moment.
People know and I have tried to get help bt nothing has seemed to work. If anyone has any ideas that could help. I am going to try going cold turkey again starting at this present moment as I write this post. Wish me luck and I will check for anyones much appreciated responses soon.
