i have been c&s recently, and it is sometimes the sugary foods, but mostly it is part of my normal meal. say i want a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast... well i only allow myself 1000-1100 calories per day (most days) so i cant very well eat 220 cal bagel in the am at once. so i c&S most of the bagel and eat (swallow) 1/4 of it. c&s helps me b/c i normally will eat when my belly tells me its hungry, but i also get these urges to eat, not from my belly gumbling, but from my head, it's almost an out of control thing, but i am getting better. it's hard to explain, it's like my mind is demanding i eat. when i c&s, my mind is "satisfied" and i no longer feel the urge to eat. eating this few calories per day is the *only* way i can lose weight.
i have tried the healthy food, folowing the trainers meal plan, exercise seriously (weight train/cardio) 6 days a week, etc. i did it all to the right formula... but all i did was put on more muscle and NOT lose the fat. for my body type, the only way to be thin is to cut back the cal.
i dont have an ED, i just have strict control over what i eat.
and i need to know if c&s part of my normal (still healthy) meals will cause me to gain weight. i do it sometimes with sweets, but even then i allow part of the food to be swallowed so that i dont screw with my body and make it htink its getting food when it isn't. but what i swallow isn't excessive and i remain in the calorie range i need to be in to lose weight. doing it this way, is that bad for my body???
