just wanted to let you know that chew/spit is a serious disorder and it's eventually going to catch up w/you and make your life miserable. i've been doing it since age 16, and i'm 30 .. and have been in treatment since age 23-
really, i hope you try and get help and can face this eating disorder. let me know if u need help-
