Does anyone have any tips? I neeeeeed to stop! I've been doing it for about 9 months now. I've gain over 20 lbs (along with some binges). But I exercise like crazy, I'd normally be a stick the amount of food I realllly eat and the way I workout, but I'm not because of this. It's such a shameful, detructive, and expensive coping skill/habit. Does anyone have any ideas on how do detract myself when I want to do it? I know I need it out of stress/anxiety. I vow to stop NOW and never do it again. If I want to eat, I'll eat. Anyone wanna help or email for accountability?
