There is no question you are bulimic. I know, I have a pretty good history with eating disorders. My suggestion, do not seek conventional help. I found that my biggest problem was it didn't matter how much I ate, I was always eating the wrong things which made me feel fat and gross and guilty. A psychologist (and almost every doctor out there) knows NOTHING about nurition and food. Doctors take about 3 hours in medical school to learn about nutrition. Do not lean on them for help. It's a lenghty battle to recover from a eating disorder, but don't give up. Things get better. Find good help like a holistic doctor, or someone who is trained in natural medicine. Read as much as you can about veganism and the raw food diet. Knowledge sets you free. You don't have to gain weight to be healed. Feed yourself what it really needs to live, and your amazing self healing body will take care of the rest. If you need a support buddy, you can email me at candacefelten@cox.net Take Care!
