I too make a whole wheat bread that calls my name! The E2L plan provides for a small amount of grain or starch each day. You may have 1 cup TOTAL of either starchy veggies or grain each day. I usually reserve this for 2 small corn tortillas with dinner or 1 thick slice of my whole wheat bread, no butter or jam...although I do have a jam recipe that is E2L compliant! Keep with it! I have lost 20lbs!
