Now that you've gone vegan without fish and gluten, your body has becoming much more sensitive which foods are good for you and which ones aren't. You need to listen to your body. Maybe it's telling you that mercury in fish and gluten in glutinous grains is not something that it wants; maybe it considers those things a poison. Just asking, why would you want to start eating fish and gluten anyways? Fish has lots of mercury and gluten is hard to digest as is. Not trying to be mean or anything, just wondering.... Looks like you've been doing great so far for 5 or 6 years so why stop?
