HI, I agree. I find Graham's diet difficult to follow. It is too much sugar at once. And is very difficult to lose body fat with that way of eating. Not to mention, the sidetracking of going through cooked food and junk food periods looking for some sort of nutrient. Also, the cost of the fruit is very high. I find Fuhrman's program very easy to keep up for a lifetime and more sensible when it comes to family and social events. And weight loss is more easily maintained. There are options=freedom. I basically eat all the raw veggies and greens; sometimes blanched with soaked or sprouted legumes. I like to eat as much as I desire without worring about calories or how much deficit I must encounter before I could lose 1 lb. of body fat. My desired amount is measured by hunger. Eat only when truly hungry, drink lots of water and use fruit as a treat. I exercise at leisure. Happy thoughts, Amely
