I have the original edition of Eat to Live. I'm anxious to get started but have a basic question: Are the recipes and menu plans in Chapter 9 "Sculpting Our Future in the Kitchen" for the Six Week Plan or for afterwards--the Life Plan? I ask because Chapter 8 details the Six Week Plan says nothing about soy milk, but some of the recipes include it. Chapter 8 says dried fruit is off limits, but Chapter 9 suggests a breakfast of dried apricots soaked in soy milk and a recipe for Raisin Coleslaw. I'm confused.
