What are the best ways to up your iron intake either by foods,
or the best supplements? Has anyone heard of Blood Builder by
Mega Foods? Is this a purely vegan product? My hemoglobin
has always been very low and I need to get to find something
that will boost my iron. Any suggestions are helpful!
