I've read Eat to Live and have been on the six-week plan for a week. My question is, can I eat any whole-grain bread and still lose weight during this period, and if so, how much? I have this delicious bread made with flaxseed and it's been calling out to me but I have not had any. I miss bread a lot. Thanks.
