If you do go 100% raw (in my opinion, that is not necessary), just be sure to have adequate planning for sources of Vitamin B-12, Vitamin D2, and omega 3 fatty acids (both ALA and DHA). Dr. Fuhrman said on Diseaseproof that 75 percent raw is about ideal. That's about where I am. Hope that helps. Note: I only steam or boil per Dr. Fuhrman's recommendation. No frying, baking, broiling or other high temp dry cooking. Paul
