Hi there! I've been on the ETL for only a week now and have a few questions: 1. Are we allowed to drink 100% fruit juices? Freshly squeezed orange juice, or anything with nothing else added. 2. How about herbal teas with no caffeine? Obviously without sugar, sweetner of milk. 3. I'm not a big bean fan, how vital is the bean component of the diet? I know we get loads of protein from the veg that we're eating. 4. Is there a limit on the fruits that we can eat in a day? Thanks so much! Looking forward to seeing some results soon.
