Jessie,

Could you try fruit smoothies instead of juice? Blend a frozen banana with your favorite fruits (I like various berries) and a bit of soy milk or water. Tastes great and might have enough sugar to stabilize you. (Just a suggestion- I myself am not diabetic, though my close uncle has struggles with his diabetes 1 for years). Good luck!
