Hi, Finding great info here, Thx to everyone.
I have read and rered my book and am heading to grocery tomorrow.
I am still amazed that I starting tomorrow I will be eating a head of lettuce a day!!!! What are you putting on your lettuce?
The fruit and beans part sounds okay.
Just can't get how to eat so much lettuce. Thx in advance,
