Subject:         Preparing my kitchen for ETL...Best Tools?
Date: April 2, 2009 at 5:53 am PST

Hi, Im getting set to begin the ETL program for myself and my family. My husband will hopefully be eliminating the need for his medications(coumadin/insulin)eventually...

I want to get a blender and a juicer. Of course I'd like a vitamix but they are pricy....and I'd love other options. What other products have been really helpful? What juicer? I'd like to try some breakfast "shakes" for my kids.

I dont recall, and cannot find my book...but its here somewhere...what is recommended for breakfast...Oatmeal? or just fruits.

Looks like I'll be ordering a the new books as well. How do you like the new DVD that shows how to prepare raw foods?

Also, since I'll be redoing my kitchen....what essentials should I include? and HOW do I keep my fresh veggies from freezing in my fridge? what temp should they be?

as for milk...we have to wean the kids off it...do you use soy or rice milk? we have been using organic milk....or could goat milk be a benefit?(yes I know its still milk. LOL)

and what did you do about the "cheese" addicion.

as for meats..we raise our own poultry and game birds...and fresh free range eggs.

Got my garden started too....planting corn next week. Seriously considering a greenhouse too....

Thanks...
Donna
