Hello,
Its been a long time since i ve sent my last message on this board. I try to eat more and more raw foods but i always stumble on the same obstacle each time i try to stay on raw for more than 3-5 days...
My problem is that i feel extremely sleepy, fatigued, shaky, confused and i develop fibromyalgia symptoms and pains and general dissorientation. And i wonder :
Is this my Candida getting really worse due to lots of fruits?
Are these detox symptoms?
ARE THESE SYMPTOMS DUE TO LOTS (and i mean lots) of GREENS i am consuming?
I know than many raw greens have toxic compounds (like goitrogens and more) and i wonder if these compounds are the cause of my symptoms. I paricularly am worried about raw spinach and raw parsley
I eat about 600-1000 gr of lettuces (1-3 different kinds like red leaf, romaine e.t.c) plus 100-200 gr of parsley, 200-400 gr of spinach, 2-3 pounds of cucumber, carrots, cabbage, and more greens like dill weed, cellery, endives, beet greens. I also eat 3-5 pounds of fruit and 10-20 gr of nuts, cashews, almonds or sunflower seeds. I also drink 1-2 glasses of green juices based on cucumber
So what do you think? Am i taxing my body with more greens than it can handle? Or is it detoxification symptoms? And if it's the latter what can i do to make them less intense and unpleasant? I mean sometimes i have trouble working or continuing my everyday life and i am forced back to eat partialy junk or cooked food again just to feel a little better...
Any suggestions experience or thoughts would be more than helpfull.
