Hi Chewy, I'm a strict ETL'er, but its not the 6 week plan because I've already lost all the weight I need to, and have been maintaining the weight loss for years now. Probably pretty similar though. Today I had 2 ounces of raw, unsalted sunflower seeds for breakfast after swim practice. Dr. Fuhrman said they are good for muscle recovery after a workout. Normally I don't eat breakfast but I work up an appetite earlier on days that I swim, so I eat the extra sunnies on those days. Generally that means I end up eating 4 ounces of nuts and seeds rather than my usual 2 ounces. For lunch I had a green salad with an ounce of walnuts and raspberry vinagrette, a bowl of black bean soup, a couple of apples, and a pluot. For dinner, I had a green salad with pear vinegar, and a bowl of Spring Greens vegetable stew w/ Tomato Almond Sauce. For dessert I had a Carob Smoothie (1/4 cup pomegranite juice, 1/4 cup soymilk, 1 TBSP carob powder, 1/2 TBSP ground flax, 1/2 banana, 5 ounces frozen blueberries, 2.5 ounces baby spinach), and an apple.
