It's hard to get any canned beans without salt. I have never seen any for sale that are salt free and I frequent Whole Foods market, Trader Joes, etc. That's why I usually make my own beans.

by the way, how do you make blended salads taste good? I am going to try this recipe: 2 c. tomatoes, 2/3 c. pineapple, 2 c. spinach and 3 stalks of celery. Just blend it all in the vitamix. But I haven't tried it yet. Every blended salad I have had so far has not been good.
