I am not a nutritional expert, but from reading Dr. Fuhrman's books I'd say that you are eating too many grains and possibly to many fatty foods like nuts and avacados, but I can't really tell how much you eat each day. I wouldn't wory about to mugh fruit, but eating more raw veggies will help. Remember that the closer you get to your ideal weight, the slower it will come off.
