Fruit sure is good for you, it has many vitamins and is definitely better than eating cookies. However you can have too much. It is good to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, but you also need other things, and fruit has a lot of carbs. Instead you should sub in a little bit something with protien like meat, dairy, eggs,ect.. You do need a balance!
