I ordered some items from them a few years ago. The DHA supplement really disagreed with me and they - his wife, LISA FUHRMAN to be specific, refused to take it back even though they were making me sick. I had a lot of trouble with the downloading of a book, the member site, etc. I told them it seemed they were more about money than about helping people. I really believe in Dr. Fuhhrman's plan and respect his research and writing, but the business side is really bad. And he must have some input into the running of the business. I have read many complaints about this sort of thing over the years. Once they have your money you will most likely never get it back.
