I would suggest joining Dr. F's website. However, if you do join, read everything you can first before you start asking questions on his forum(everything's there, at your fingertips!). There is a great member's section for refining what's ETL and what's not. And given your frustration with what to eat, I think the recipe section would be great for you. I've been cooking ETL for the family and self for years...it's easy now! To be fair, I don't cook as much as some on ETL might. We avoid grains for the most part(myself almost completely). I always have a big pot of veggie soup cooked for the fam to eat off of(carrot/celery juice and salt free tomatoes for the base and lots of veggies). We eat a lot of raw foods, blended salads and steamed veggies. Canned beans work if there's no added oil or salt. If the nutrition info in the link below is correct(are they chili beans or chili?), those beans are downright criminal! Salt is extremely dangerous stuff. Good luck!
